There may be local taxes and import duties for your order depending on the destination, once your package submitted to DHL Express you will be informed via e-mail about taxes and import duties. You may be required to pay the fees to the courier at delivery or via bank transfer. Please contact your local customs office for more information on that subject. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the package. We kindly remind you we do not responsible for any actions taken by customs during delivery, customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be. If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the items because of wrong or incomplete information, shipping and any other fees (such as import taxes and duties) that may have been added will be deducted from your refund.
We gladly accept returns and refunds of unworn and undamaged products. Please e-mail email@example.com with your order number and send the pieces with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our Flagship Store. The package must reach our store within 14 days. This timeout starts from the date the package was delivered to you. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Make sure the merchandise you return is not used, worn, washed or damaged; tags are attached and in its original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be sent back to you with no expense. If you do not wish to receive the products, we shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the amount already received. For your return to be processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days beginning from the arrival of your parcel to our warehouse. Please note that for security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
